Over the years my garden has been a wonderful source of inspiration for photography, but as most gardens do they develop and change over time. This last nine months the garden has been completely reworked and redesigned, the result of that has meant I have enjoyed getting to know the garden again through this project. The new features include a wildlife pond, pebble garden and pergola seating area, complete with grape vines growing over the top. I have tried to utilise all these elements for this collection of images. One of the most exciting aspects of the reformed garden has been watching the wildlife pond change as it slowly establishes itself.
